At the forefront of her industry, she has specialised in learning and development, leadership, talent acquisition and development, succession planning, early careers, organisational development and coaching and coaching supervision.

Carrie is passionate about People; helping others to grow and develop their careers is her ongoing legacy. It was an obvious transition for her to move away from a 9-5 role and create opportunity for her knowledge and expertise to a wider audience.

Carrie’s global experience means she appreciates how cultural differences can shape the way people behave at work. She’s acknowledged for recognising the diverse nature of today’s workforce and incorporates good practice to raise conscious awareness of diversity in all programmes of work.
