SUMMARY:First Aid for Mental Health Workshop - Online
DESCRIPTION:White Willow Partners in association with Nuco Training are pleased to offer Mental Health First Aid accredited learning workshops providing learners with the knowledge and skills needed to act should a condition be suspected. \nNuco is the largest combined network of First Aid\, First Aid for Mental Health\, Health and Safety and Food Safety instructors. \nThis level 2 training programme provides an approved accreditation (achieved via assessment) that is valid for three years. \nThis workshop gives learners: \n\nAn introduction to the First Aid for Mental Health Action Plan\nUnderstanding of a wide range of mental health conditions\nThe confidence to start a conversation\nThe experience to offer suggestions in self-management\, or\, signposting to mental health professionals\n\nThe workshop is run over 4 days commencing Monday 5 June from 0900 to 1130 and is run every day excluding the Tuesday.  This is then followed up with assessments on 12/13 June. \nFor further information or to book your place email Kim \n
